Esthetician Program 

The Esthetician Program at The Beauty Academy is designed to prepare students for a successful career in the skincare and beauty industry. This comprehensive course provides both theoretical knowledge and hands-on training in the art and science of skincare.

Students will learn a wide range of techniques including facials, skin analysis, hair removal, makeup application, and advanced skincare treatments. The program also emphasizes sanitation, safety procedures, client consultation, and professional development to ensure graduates are fully prepared to enter the workforce with confidence.

Training takes place in a supportive, student-focused environment where learners can develop practical skills while working with real clients under the supervision of licensed instructors.

Georgia State Requirements for Licensure

Upon completion of the Esthetics Program, graduates must meet the requirements set by the Georgia State Board of Cosmetology and Barbers in order to become licensed estheticians in the state of Georgia.

These requirements include:

  • Successful completion of 1,000 clock hours of approved esthetics training

  • Passing the written and practical licensing examinations

  • Submission of a licensure application and required fees to the state board
